The MSS and NCSA invite you to showcase your company’s products and services at our upcoming Joint Annual Meeting, to be held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile March 31-April 3, 2010. 

Our meeting attendees come from a variety of sociological disciplines and research interests and are responsible for making purchasing decisions about materials they use in their classrooms, research, and related work.

This year’s meeting will be doubly exciting, because it’s a joint meeting: 

We expect 1200-1500 registrants this year!

Marriottt shipping form [1-page pdf] *WARNING!  Please note that Marriott has outsourced their loading dock to FedExOffice.  This does NOT mean you must ship by Fed Ex, but it does mean that the loading dock rates are considerably higher and that, unless your materials are palletized, two sets of fees will be charged: one for delivery to the loading dock, and another for delivery to the exhibits hall.  If your materials are shipped too early, storage fees may apply as well.  SEE this document for details.
